A scholar-practitioner of exceptional breadth, she holds advanced qualifications in Counselling Psychology and has built a distinguished career at the intersection of applied psychology, psychometric assessment, and mental health innovation. Under her visionary leadership, AIBAS has established a Centre of Excellence for Psychometric Testing — a first-of-its-kind initiative that bridges academic rigour with real-world diagnostic application. Dr. Verma is the holder of three design patents in mental health technology, most notably a Virtual Reality (VR) Device for Mental Health Diagnostics, reflecting her commitment to translating psychological science into cutting-edge clinical tools. Her scholarly contributions span counselling psychology, positive psychology, organisational behaviour, and psychometric instrument development.
