A scholar-practitioner of exceptional breadth, she holds advanced qualifications in Counselling Psychology and has built a distinguished career at the intersection of applied psychology, psychometric assessment, and mental health innovation. Under her visionary leadership, AIBAS has established a Centre of Excellence for Psychometric Testing — a first-of-its-kind initiative that bridges academic rigour with real-world diagnostic application. Dr. Verma is the holder of three design patents in mental health technology, most notably a Virtual Reality (VR) Device for Mental Health Diagnostics, reflecting her commitment to translating psychological science into cutting-edge clinical tools. Her scholarly contributions span counselling psychology, positive psychology, organisational behaviour, and psychometric instrument development. She has guided numerous postgraduate and doctoral scholars and maintains an active research profile in mental health intervention and well-being.
